If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund. To start the return or exchange process, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days of delivery. As we carry a limited stock of inventory from coveted emerging designers, we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired size. We suggest purchasing the new size or item before shipping your return to us.
All returned items must be in their original condition- unwashed, unworn, and with all accompanying tags. Items returned with stains, scuffs, pet hair or odor will not be accepted for a refund, store credit or exchange. Shoes must be in original box and packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our standards and requirements.
Please note that all sale items, vintage items, special orders and pre-sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Refunds will be processed minus shipping fees. We do not refund or credit original or return shipping costs.
